Nat & Erin's Backyard Oasis
Nat and Erin lived in the Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle and were always looking for a way to be closer to the areas that they played. Rock climbing, skiing, and mountain biking were all huge parts of their lives and they wanted to do their best to get closer to the things that brought them joy.
The worked with Simpson Real Estate Group to find a house that not only got them closer to their hobbies, but gave them some wiggle room financially to make their own.
Nat, handy in his on right, began working with Will on design, demo, and some swinging of the hammer. Since they bought well below their budget they were able to put nearly 200k into what exactly they wanted and create an oasis right in the middle of the city or North Bend.

The Kitchen
Nat and his wife wanted to take the kitchen and make it immensely livable but also to include a few fun touches. As you walked into the kitchen, you were greeted by just a simple pantry and open entry. They decided to open it up and get rid of the pantry entirely. Hence, this amazing arched entryway.

The Wall Mounted Pot Filler
With green cabinets abound, Nat and Erin decided to use bronze accent colors. Will convinced them of the utility of a wall mounted pot filler over the stove. When asked how much they used it, Nat replied... All the time!

Actually in the Garage
With more space than they ever knew in Phinney Ridge, Nat and Erin really leaned into their passion of rock climbing. Installed in the garage is a Tension Board, a set climbing wall that has LED lights to show the route you're supposed to climb. A perfect way to hone skills over the winter months in North Bend.

The Backyard Oasis
Their new home is flanked by the Snoqualmie Valley Trail and directly across from North Bend Elementary School, both amazing assets once their daughter Riley gets a little older.
With lots of mature landscaping, they remodeled their deck and made it the place to be in the temperate months of North Bend's year. With built in benches, and illuminated with ample can lights, this space quickly became one of their favorites.
